My Etsy Shop

I sell holiday glass beads, Made to Order lampwork and older beads in my Etsy shop.

Hooter | Lampwork Glass Bead Focal

I’ve been cleaning out my various bead bowls for a sale and found this guy. He was from a Kim Fields class. When I take a class, I try to adapt what I learn to my beads and not just copy someone else’s work. This owl was one of those beads that I know I will never make again… but this little hooter still still needs a nice home ;-)

1 focal 21 mm tall x 22 mm wide. Vertical hole $15.00

Peacock Seas | Glass Bead Focal

This is one of those simple glass beads that may not appear to have much going for it on first glance… But dig a little deeper and see the world within! A fine sifting of soda was added to one of the layers to create millions of tiny bubbles. The top was “frit cased” with a high-silver reactive glass, creating a shimmer on top of the bead. I promise you, this is a stunner! 32 mm hole to hole x 27 mm wide. $15.00

Cottage Garden | Glass Bead Focal

Gorgeous garden themed focal. The large oval shape is so nice in your palm. White base covered with a beautiful garden blossom frit and topped off with pink roses on squiggly vine stems. 31 mm hole to hole x 18 mm wide. $20

Purchase both the cottage garden set and the Focal and save 10%. Sorry but this offer is not available to Free Beads Gift Certificates as those must be purchased at full retail value. Purchased gift certificates may be used for this sale.

Elegant Beauty | Lampwork Focal Bead

This was a color test and I wasn’t certain I liked it at all…until I took it out of the kiln and saw all the pretty colors! Wow! You can bet I’ll be playing with this combo again! 35 mm hole to hole x 28 mm wide. $18

Uptown Flames | Glass Bead Focal

Another long skinny using every shade of red on my table… I was distracted / mesmerized by the reaction of the high silver glass over the red… that thin line of silvered ivory is mind blowing to me!

Calipers MIA in my recent office move… using a ruler! If size is crucial, please shoot me an email. Just shy of 2.75″ long from hole to hole. $30.00

Sunny | Dichroic Glass Lentil Bead

I actually made this for me… thinking it would be a nice focal for a kumihimo necklace.  After months of looking at it in my bead bowl, it’s time to let it go…  37 mm hole to hole  x 40 mm (1.5″) This is a nice LARGE bead. Lots of silver rich glasses, reduced and heavily encased to capture that shine and mother-of-pearl look on both sides. A swath of crinkle dichroic is down the center and a colorful sunflower wrapped around one side, blue aventurine was used for the spiral. Spirals are a symbol of the circle of life or of ‘home” and are often featured in my work. $42.00

Twisting | Lampwork Mini Focal Bead

A mini focal from a series I’ve been fondly calling “What? Was I drinking??” because of my inability to make any two beads look remotely related… OY! The challenges of beadmaking, eh???

This focal is 23 mm tall x 8.5 mm wide. $12

Purple Rose 2 | Glass Bead Bicone

Another Bicone of the glorious purple rose 31 mm (1.25″) 10 mm at the widet $14.99

Vitro Bicone | Glass Focal Bead

An End of Day bead in a bicone shape, swirls of vitrograph handpulled cane over ivory. There are a myriad of colors in this bead from a yellow / olive to copper green and teal blues… a lovely mix. Measures 1.5″ long x .5″ at the center of the bicone. See size reference photo below$14.00

Fall Floral | Glass Bead Focal

This bead was originally to be an entry into the Fire Divas Team “Say it with words” bead challenge. After she came out the kiln, I didn’t like the words, so I slowly heated it up, scraped off / melted in the words, added frit and flowers and Voila! A two day bead is born! This one is in fall colors. Be sure to see the other bead I did this to…

1 3/8″ x 1 1/8″ – $18.00
